摘要：随着教育理念的不断转变，越来越多的家长开始意识到幼儿教育的重要性，对家庭教育的方法和知识学习也变得越来越迫切，为此，就需要幼儿园重视家长学校的开展，创新幼儿园家长学校课程模式，有效引领家庭教育。笔者结合自身的工作经验，充分开展了相应的实践，在此与各位同仁共勉。

Innovate the kindergarten parent school curriculum model and effectively lead family education

【Abstract】With the continuous change of educational concept，more and more parents begin to realize the importance of early childhood education，and the learning of family education methods and knowledge has become more and more urgent.Therefore，kindergartens need to pay attention to the development of parent schools，innovate the curriculum model of kindergarten parent schools，and effectively lead family education.Combined with my own work experience，the author has fully carried out the corresponding practice，and I would like to encourage you here.

隨着我国近年来出台了一系列政策和规定，家庭教育的重要性也得到了越来越多的关注，而作为为家庭教育提供指导的家长学校，也在如火如荼的开展着。为了让家庭教育的指导内容和要求更加规范，让家庭教育发挥出应有的价值，也提出了要坚持儿童为本、家长主体、多项互动的根本原则。但在实际的开展过程中，幼儿园家长学校虽然取得了一定的成果，但形式和水平上有着明显的差距，存在着多样化的问题，为此需要我们创新幼儿园家长学校课程模式，让家庭教育发挥出应有的价值。

1. 幼儿园家长学校存在的问题

（1）对家长学校的认知不足

第一，对家长学校了解有限。

随着时代和社会的发展，我国整体的受教育水平有了大幅度地提升，当今大多数的幼儿家长都接受过高等教育，也逐渐意识到了家庭教育对幼儿成长的重要作用，并主动利用自己的业余时间，学习相关的家庭教育知识，但他们对家长学校的了解却仍然有限。在实际的工作当中，大多数家长对家庭教育的开展都比较重视，但还是有一部分家长对家长学校不够了解。……
