摘要：在我国农村有很多少数民族偏远地区的小学校园生活以寄宿制为主，由于农村人口分散，交通不便，所以寄宿制学校可以很大程度的缓解学生上学困难的问题。由于小学生年龄尚小，正处于身心发育的关键时期，但是父母又无法在身边进行实时督导，因此寄宿制学校必须加大对小学生日常行为养成的研究力度，在细节中落实对小学生的核心素质培养。

Research on daily behavior cultivation education of rural minority boarding primary school students

【Abstract】In China's rural areas，there are many primary schools in remote areas of ethnic minorities.The campus life is dominated by boarding.Due to the scattered rural population and inconvenient transportation，boarding schools can greatly alleviate the difficulties of students in going to school.As primary school students are still young and in a critical period of physical and mental development，but their parents are unable to conduct real-time supervision around them，boarding schools must strengthen the research on the cultivation of primary school students' daily behavior and implement the cultivation of primary school students' core quality in details.

雖然寄宿学校能够极大的锻炼小学生的自立能力与实践动手能力，可以为小学生今后融入社会生活奠定扎实的生活自理能力，但是由于小学生自主控制能力与是非判断能力相对较差，如果缺乏正确指引，很容易养成一些不良的生活习惯甚至沾染一些恶习，这就需要班主任教师与宿舍管理的教师必须加强对寄宿学生日常行为的养成教育，全面了解小学生的成长过程，将学习管理与生活管理有效结合，树立小学生正确的人生导向，以积极健康的日常行为习惯，严格约束自身行为，实现德育与智育的双提升。
