摘要：教育方针明确指出，我们要从小培养“德智体美劳”全面发展人才，但是受一些地方教育和家长认知的影响，很长一段时间我们的教育还是忽视了“劳”。尤其在3-6岁儿童中，劳动教育培养还是被淡化、弱化，很多时候劳动教育被排除在培养目标之外，这对孩子的成长是不利的。所以在幼儿园教育课程体系中要建立德智体美劳全面培养的课程结构，促进幼儿的德智体美劳全面发展，注重劳动教育，并且要切实把劳动教育纳入人才培养的全过程中，从小给孩子树立爱劳动的理念，让孩子从小养成热爱劳动的习惯，从小锻炼能吃苦、不怕苦的精神，为以后的人生发展奠定基础。

The Implementation Path of the Integration of Labor Education into Kindergartens

【Abstract】The education policy clearly points out that we must cultivate all-round development talents of "ethics，intelligence，physical education，art and labor" from an early age. However，due to the influence of some local education and parental awareness，our education has ignored "labor" for a long time. Especially among children aged 3-6，the training of labor education is still being watered down and weakened. In many cases，labor education is excluded from the training goal，which is detrimental to the growth of children. Therefore，in the kindergarten education curriculum system，it is necessary to establish a curriculum structure for comprehensive training of moral，intellectual，physical，art，and labor to promote the comprehensive development of childrens moral，intellectual，physical，and artistic，and labor education. Establish the concept of loving labor for children，let them develop the habit of loving labor since childhood，and exercise the spirit of enduring hardship and not being afraid of hardship since childhood，laying the foundation for future development in life.

如今的孩子大多数是独生子女，他们从小就封闭在钢筋水泥混凝土建筑的世界里，与自然和大地的拥抱隔绝，家长和周围的亲人习惯于对孩子百般宠溺呵护、凡事包办代替，孩子天生的劳动能力渐渐被扼杀，因此，应该从小帮助孩子养成爱劳动的习惯。那对于3～6岁的幼儿来说，劳动是什么？劳动意识从什么时候开始教育？什么是最适合幼儿需要、最能促进幼儿社会性发展的劳动课程呢？我认为，在幼儿阶段，兴趣与习惯养成以及对劳动者的尊重是勞动教育的最重要的方面。因此，幼儿教育要充分体现劳动教育的重要性，把劳动与幼儿一日活动教育紧密联系，联系幼儿的生活实际，发掘生活中劳动教育资源，丰富幼儿的各项课程，让幼儿从小建立爱劳动、爱生活的意识，让劳动意识在潜移默化的过程中形成。……
