摘要：《幼儿园教育指导纲要》指出，在幼儿教育过程中要重视健康领域的教学，要将促进幼儿的健康放在工作的首位，其中散步作为幼儿园教育一部分，对幼儿的健康具有重要作用。由于幼儿年龄较小，身体的协调性较弱，经常出现在健康的体育型活动中摔倒的现象，而轻运动量的幼儿园散步活动，能锻炼小班幼儿身体的协调性。同时，幼儿天性好奇心理重，在进行散步活动时，会对散步环境展开观察，提高幼儿的观察力，让幼儿能够从中获取一些生活经验和对世界的基础认知。所以散步在幼儿园教育中具有一定的影响力，有利于幼儿身心健康的培养，进而提升幼儿的综合素质。

On the educational value of walking in kindergarten

【Abstract】The guiding outline of kindergarten education points out that in the process of early childhood education，we should pay attention to the teaching in the field of health and put the promotion of children's health in the first place.As a part of kindergarten education，walking plays an important role in children's health.Because children are young and their physical coordination is weak，they often fall in healthy sports activities，while walking in kindergartens with light exercise can exercise the physical coordination of small classes of children.At the same time，children are naturally curious.During walking activities，they will observe the walking environment，improve children's observation，and enable children to obtain some life experience and basic cognition of the world.Therefore，walking has a certain influence in kindergarten education，which is conducive to the cultivation of children's physical and mental health，and then improve children's comprehensive quality.

散步这项活动运动量轻，散步的内容不复杂，每位幼儿都能完成。但也可以与其他领域的学生的素质培养相结合，展开多样化的散步活动，建立一个符合所有幼儿的年龄特点、发展需求的幼儿教育环境，提高幼儿的学习兴趣，拉近师幼之间的沟通距离，提升幼儿教育效果，散步对于幼儿教育的价值不言而喻。基于此，下面从四个幼儿教育中散步活动的实施案例，来详细阐述散步的价值及意义。

1. 每日活动中组织幼儿散步，培养幼儿观察力

幼儿园教育的每日活动是幼儿学习知识、获取生活经验的一种方式，在每日活动中组织幼儿散步能充分利用幼儿园的设施、环境，帮助幼儿更好地了解周围环境。……
