摘要：为了保证教学质量稳步提升，除了加强学校教育之外，还要加强家庭教育水平，并在教育教学的基础上将二者进行有机结合。针对此，在开展教育的过程中，就要培养家长的教育能力，家校协同发展，共同构建完善教学模式，以提高家校共育水平。本文针对民族地区县域中小学开展家校共育提出可行性策略并进行分析。

How to educate primary and secondary schools in Tibet

【Absrtact】In order to ensure the steady improvement of teaching quality，in addition to strengthening school education，we should strengthen the level of family education，and combine the two organically on the basis of education and teaching.In view of this，in the process of carrying out education，it is necessary to cultivate parents' educational ability，develop together with home and school，and construct and perfect teaching mode together in order to improve the level of home and school education.This paper puts forward the feasible strategy and analysis for the development of home-school education in primary and secondary schools in minority areas.

西藏各县域的学生住校生较多，对于来自不同家庭的孩子，教师如何帮助他们身心健康发展，是一个很大的难题。作为民族地区的教师，需要以正确的心态来面对每个学生之间的差异性。在当前开展家校合作的背景之下，要求教师让教育从封闭的校园走向开放的社会家庭，在教育学生的过程中紧密聯系其成长过程中的多方面因素，与家长及时沟通，并争取到家长的支持与配合，家校合力共育英才。下文为笔者分析。

1. 西藏县域中小学开展家校共育的重要性

在人的成长过程中有两个十分重要的教育者，分别是学校和家庭，这两者不仅要行动上一致，而且要志同道合，秉承着一致的信念，从同一原则出发，共同教育学生。只有二者的意见不产生分歧，才能有利于学生形成健康的人格，促进其学业成绩得到提升。对于任何一个人来说，童年的记忆都是十分重要的。学生在学校度过的每一天，都会受到教师的一言一行的影响，而教师的言行举止也会对学生造成潜移默化地影响，从某种程度上来讲，这比教师单纯传授知识更为重要。……
