摘  要：应用型高校是相比于研究型高校所提出的，从当前我国高校教育发展方向看，应用型高校已成为教育改革发展的主旋律。应用型高校教育不仅仅要体现在实际教学中，与教学相关的一切教育活动都要充分体现“应用型”这一特质，比如应用型高校图书馆。该文从问题分析入手，对如何提升应用型高校图书馆服务质量进行了阐述，然后从个性化服务的角度出发，针对应用型高校图书馆服务水平问题提出了措施和策略。

On the Strategy of Improving the Service Level of Applied University Library

Abstract： Compared with research-oriented colleges and universities， application-oriented colleges and universities have become the main melody of educational reform and development from the perspective of the current development direction of China's higher education. Application-oriented college education should not only be reflected in the actual teaching，but all educational activities related to teaching should fully reflect the characteristics of "application-oriented"， such as application-oriented university library. Starting from the analysis of problems， this paper expounds how to improve the service quality of application-oriented university library， and then from the perspective of personalized service， puts forward measures and strategies for the service level of application-oriented university library.

1  當前应用型高校图书馆存在的主要问题

1.1 应用型高校图书馆建设目标不明确

关于建设应用型图书馆，当前比较受大众认可的一种说法是，应用型图书馆建设应迎合高校要培养适应地方经济发展所需人才这一目的，所以理论上讲，高校在建设应用型图书馆时，必须紧紧围绕培养应用型人才这个中心，它有别于研究型人才培养[1]。但在展开实际工作时却发现，很多高校背离了这一初衷，图书馆建设向研究型标准定位偏离。其中最能说明问题的就是，图书馆里关于应用型人才培养的书籍明显不多，出现这一现象固然有一定的客观因素，比如市面上这类书籍较少，但主要问题还是出现在主观层面上，毕竟向高校图书馆提供刊物和书籍不能仅从市面上获取资源，必要时也需要通过教育渠道来获取，但前提是需要高校图书馆负责人、校长和相关工作人员具备这样的意识。……
