摘  要：在社会整体经济水平不断提升的背景下，大数据时代已经全面到来，大数据时代的到来，在一定程度上增加了公共管理工作的难度。对于公共管理工作来说，其涉及非常广泛的内容管理人员必须结合具体实际。科学管理各项公共事务，合理应用创新性的管理技术，以进一步提高公共管理水平。现阶段，大范围普及了信息化技术，这也紧密融合了大数据与公共管理工作。这样一来，有助于促进公共管理实效性的提升。

explore the Application of Public Management Innovation Mode in the Era of Big Data

Abstract： Under the background of the continuous improvement of the overall social and economic level， the era of big data has come in an all-round way. The arrival of the era of big data has increased the difficulty of public management to a certain extent. For the work of public management， it involves a very wide range of content， and managers must combine it with specific reality. Scientific management of public affairs and rational application of innovative management technology to further improve the level of public management. At this stage， information technology has been widely popularized， which also closely integrates big data and public management. In this way， it will help to promote the effectiveness of public management.

公共管理者如果能夠结合时代发展需要，充分发挥新技术手段的优势，将有效提升公共管理的水平。在信息化不断发展的背景下，大数据已经成为公共管理的主要手段，只有充分重视信息化的最新成果，紧密融合大数据与公共管理，才能持续性地发展公共管理。

1  大数据时代的内涵与特征

在科学技术不断发展的背景下，人们全面迎来了大数据时代。大数据时代为人们的生活和工作提供了诸多便利。依托大数据，人们可以随时了解信息、共享信息，进一步提高人们的实体工作效率。为此，为了让更多的人了解大数据时代，需要对大数据的内涵展开进一步探讨和研究，准确把握大数据的特征，以高效利用大数据实施一系列的工作，积极推动社会经济的发展。
