摘  要：随着互联网和移动网络的高速发展以及社会的信息化，大数据成为社会和科技发展的必然结果，海量的数据为信息提供重要的资源，大众对于数据的挖掘和信息的有效利用越来越重视。大数据、与技术的发展，也对我国档案利用服务提供了新的模式，该文从大数据时代下档案利用服务的意义出发，对我国档案利用服务的现状进行浅析，并针对目前存在的问题给出相关对策，提高档案资源的利用性，开发档案利用服务的新路径，使档案资源价值得到充分的发挥。

Analysis of Archives Utilization Service in the Big Data Era

Abstract： With the rapid development of the Internet and mobile networks and of social informatization， big data has become an inevitable result of the development of society and technology. Massive data provides important resources for information， and the public is increasingly engaged in data mining and effective use of information. The development of big data， and technology also provides a new model for archives utilization services in China. Starting from the significance of archives utilization services in the era of big data， this paper analyzes the current situation of archives utilization services in China， and gives relevant countermeasures for the existing problems， so as to improve the utilization of archives resources and develop a new path of archives utilization services， So that the value of archives resources can be brought into full play.

1  大數据时代下档案利用服务的意义

1.1 档案管理效率有所提高

大数据背景下，海量和类型丰富的数据为档案资源提供了更多的信息，由人工对档案信息资源进行分类整理的传统模式，已经无法满足大数据环境下对种类繁杂的数据信息的管理，可能因为整理不当对一些档案信息资源造成损坏和遗漏，导致用户在对档案信息资源进行利用时，无法及时满足其需求。因此，利用大数据、云计算等技术的优势，可以对丰富的档案信息资源进行高效的整理，实现海量、多类型数据结构的整合，对提高档案管理效率有了极大的帮助[1]。

1.2 档案信息资源的查询更加便利

档案的种类是人们对档案进行分类认识的结果。认识性分类存在于观念之中，其划分标准可以从多个角度用多种方法，没有明确的界限，只要有认识意义就有结果存在，是其对档案现象的认识。……
