摘  要：随着工程教育专业认证的深入开展，落实产出要求主线和评价机制底线已成为其核心内容。针对这些情况，文章以国家级精品在线开放课程食品工艺学课程教学实践为例，探讨了基于OBE理念的课程教学大纲、教学目标、教学模式和课程考核设计的新思路，尤其是对课程目标与毕业要求内涵观测点合理的对应关系、课程教学模式有效支持课程目标实现、课程考核针对课程目标设计三个核心问题进行了详细阐述，以期为促进基于成果导向的课程教学设计、提高课程教学质量和加强课程建设提供一定的参考和借鉴。

Abstract： With the further development of engineering education certification， the implementations of main line of output requirements and bottom line of evaluation mechanism have become the core content. In view of these situations， taking the teaching practice of national excellent online open course "Food Technology" as an example， this paper discusses the new ideas of course syllabus， teaching objectives， teaching mode and course assessment design based on results orientation， in particular， elaborates on three core issues， including the reasonable correspondence between curriculum objectives and observation points of the connotation of graduation requirements， the effective support of the curriculum teaching mode to achieve the curriculum objectives， and the design of curriculum assessment for the curriculum objectives， in order to provide certain consult and reference for promoting the results-based curriculum design， improving the the quality of course teaching， and strengthening the curriculum construction.

課程是大学教学最基本的单元，是高等学校教学建设的基础;课程质量是提升人才培养质量的基础和前提;课程建设是学校教学基本建设的重要内容之一，是提高教学水平和人才培养质量的重要保证。从2003年开始，教育部先后进行了国家精品课程、国家精品资源共享课程、国家精品在线开放课程和国家一流本科课程建设。《教育部关于一流本科课程建设的实施意见》（教高【2019】8号）明确指出，“课程是人才培养的核心要素，课程质量直接决定人才培养质量”“完善以质量为导向的课程建设激励机制，形成多类型、多样化的教学内容与课程体系。经过三年左右时间，建成万门左右国家级和万门左右省级一流本科课程”，为课程建设指明了方向。……
