摘 要：职业院校始终面向区域经济市场需求，不断深入开展教育教学改革。通过构建理实一体化教学模式，分别从指导思想和基本原则两方面进行论述，突出理实一体化教学模式应遵循以学生自主能力为导向的学习、行动导向的学习、整体化的学习、自我管理式的学习等原则。

Research on the Construction of the Teaching Mode of the Integration of Theory and Practice in Vocational Colleges

Abstract：Vocational colleges have always been facing the needs of the regional economic market and continuously carried out in-depth education and teaching reform. By constructing the integrated teaching mode of theory and practice， this paper discusses it from two aspects of guiding ideology and basic principles， and highlights that the integrated teaching mode of theory and practice should follow the principles of students' independent ability oriented learning， action oriented learning， integrated learning， self-management learning and so on.

1 引言

职业教育作为教育的一种类型，其首要特征就是职业性，这也决定了职业教育离不开职业实践。然而，很多职业院校在教学模式多采用大班授课的形式以及“黑板上种庄稼”，忽视了如何有效的传授职业知识与技能。本文通过构建以学习者为中心开展教学活动的职业实践导向课程，进而构建理实一体化教学模式，为职业教育教学改革提供参考与借鉴。

2 指导思想

步入二十一世纪，人们越来越认识到，高技能人才不仅需要技术适应性，更要积极参与经济发展。随着社会的发展，培养高技能人才的目标是培养综合专业能力。为了实现这一目标，以往的学科课程与专业技能培训课程已经不能达到实现目标的条件，因为学科课程系统地、机械地根据知识理解社会、技术和个人之间的关系，仅仅把人的学习理解为学习书本知识的过程，对工作世界的完整性、专业知识与工作的联系的认识不足，不能够实现学习能力的转移;传统技能培训課程对业务技能的培训是孤立的，因为缺乏以综合方式将它们联系在一起的综合任务和程序。……
