摘 要：以《工业机器人技术》课程为载体，以高职技能型人才“工匠精神”课程育人培养体系建设为核心，进行高职课程育人培养模式的研究。构建涵盖课程建设、教学模式、产教融合、教学团队、第二课堂等要素的 “五位一体”《工业机器人技术》 “工匠精神”课程育人培养体系，分析研究在各个环节下的“工匠精神”课程教学育人，实现高职技能型人才的“工匠精神”课程育人培养目标，全面提升学生的职业能力和综合素质。

Research and Practice on the Course Education and Cultivation Mode of "Industrial Robot Technology" under "Craftsman Spirit"

Abstract：Taking the course of "Industrial Robot Technology" as the carrier， and the construction of the "craftsman spirit" course education and training system for high vocational skilled talents as the core， the study of the education and training mode of higher vocational courses is carried out to construct a "five-in-one" "Industrial Robot Technology" "craftsman spirit" curriculum education and training system covering curriculum construction， teaching mode， integration of production and education， teaching team， second classroom， etc.. The article analyzes and studies the "craftsman spirits" course teaches in each link and educates people， and realizes the training goal of "craftsman spirit" course for higher vocational skilled talents， and comprehensively improves the professional ability and comprehensive quality of students.

1 引言

高职教育重在培养高级技能型人才的综合职业能力，但以往的高职教育更偏重技能，而对职业精神的培养力度不够。当前，科技发展带来的挑战要求职业教育培养高素质的技能型人才，偏向于学生的综合素质，传统的技能教育满足不了当今时代的发展要求，培育出具备职业精神的综合型人才优势不足。面对当今社会快速发展的市场需求，学生的职业精神提高日益迫切，学生的“工匠精神”培育符合当今时代的发展要求，有利于提升学生的综合素质，有利于缓解学生日益激烈的就业压力[1]。因此，对“工匠精神”下课程育人培养模式的研究与实践势在必行。

本文以《工业机器人技术》课程为载体，以高职技能型人才“工匠精神”课程育人培养体系建设为核心，重点研究教学模式、教学方法、教学体系，结合教学平台、“工匠精神”教学资源以及“双师型”教师队伍，构建了 “五位一体”《工业机器人技术》“工匠精神”课程育人培养体系，分析研究在各个环节下的“工匠精神”课程教学育人，培养高职技能型人才的“工匠精神”。……
