摘 要：随着社会的不断发展，国家对技能型人才培养越来越重视，相关部门也开始组织各种形式的技能大赛，以此来加强对学生专业技能的教学和训练，并检验学生对专业技能知识的掌握情况，从而使学校有针对性的开展教学工作，促进校企合作教学的进一步深入。选手培养档案的建设作为一种良好的技能大赛选手管理方式，可以有效的帮助指导教师和选手本人快速全面的了解到所有参赛选手的具体情况，从而有针对性的展开训练，做到知己知彼百战百胜。由此可见，技能大赛中选手培养档案的建设对于比赛的顺利进行以及选手的培养管理都有着不可替代的作用。本文将以汽车技能大赛為例，针对技能大赛选手培养档案的建设问题展开分析。

Abstract：With the continuous development of society， China pays more and more attention to the training of skilled talents， and relevant departments have also begun to organize various forms of skill competitions to strengthen the teaching and training of students' professional skills， and to test students' professional skills. The mastery of skills and knowledge enables the school to carry out teaching work in a targeted manner and promote the further in-depth school-enterprise cooperation teaching. The construction of player training files is a good way to manage the players in the skill competition， which can effectively help the instructor and the players themselves to understand the specific conditions of all the players quickly and comprehensively， to carry out targeted training， and know each other. It can be seen that the construction of player training files in the skill competition plays an irreplaceable role in the smooth progress of the game and the training and management of players. This article will take the automobile skill competition as an example to analyze the construction of the training files of the skill competition players.

汽车技能大赛是贯彻落实习近平总书记关于技能人才工作重要指示精神、推进实施制造强国战略的重要举措。汽车技能大赛旨在加快培养和选拔汽车技术领域高素质技能人才，搭建汽车技术传播平台，持续推动我国汽车产业发展。加强汽车技能大赛选手培养档案的建设工作可以有效推动促进汽车技能大赛的举办和完成，从而推动职业院校、技工院校汽车专业的改革发展，实现汽车专业学生与社会对汽车行业应用型人才要求的对接。
