[摘要]目的：探討强脉冲光联合舒敏保湿霜治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎的疗效，观察治疗过程中产生的不良反应。方法：选取2019年3月-2020年6月笔者医院皮肤科收治的66例面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎患者。按随机数字法分为对照组和观察组，每组33例。对照组单用强脉冲光治疗，每4周治疗1次;观察组在对照组基础上加用舒敏保湿霜，早晚各1次。两组治疗均持续4个月。比较两组主客观症状积分评估疗效，观察治疗过程中的不良反应。结果：治疗后，观察组主观症状治疗总有效率76.67%，高于对照组的50.00%（P<0.05）;观察组客观症状治疗总有效率与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;治疗前，两组患者主客观症状及总积分比较无统计学意义（P>0.05）;治疗后，两组主客观症状及总积分均较治疗前降低，且观察组主观症状和总积分均明显低于对照组（P<0.05）;两组不良反应比较无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：强脉冲光联合舒敏保湿霜治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎有较好疗效，患者临床症状减轻，各症状评分相应降低，不良反应少，值得临床推广应用。

Analysis of the Clinical Efficacy of Intense Pulsed Light Combined with Shumin in the Treatment of Glucocorticoid-dependent Dermatitis

Abstract： Objective  To explore the therapeutic effect of intense pulsedlight combined with Shumin on glucocorticoid-dependent dermatitis and observe the adverse reactions during the treatment. Methods  Total of 66 patients with facial HDD admitted to the Department of Dermatology and Venereology in our hospital from March 2019 to June 2020 were selected. According to the random number method， they were divided into the control group （n=33） and the observation group （n=33）. The control group was treated with intense pulsed light alone， once every 4 weeks.The observation group was added with Shumin moisturizing cream on the basis of the control group， once in the morning and evening. The treatment in both groups lasted 4 months. compare the subjective and objective symptom scores of the two groups to evaluate the therapeutic effect， and observe the adverse reactions during the treatment. Results  After treatment， the total effective rate of subjective symptom treatment in the observation group （76.67%） was higher than that in the control group （50.00%） （P<0.05）. Compared with the control group， the total effective rate of objective symptom treatment in the observation group was not statistically significant （P>0.05）. Before treatment， the subjective and objective symptoms and total score of the two groups were not statistically significant （P>0.05）. After treatment， the subjective and objective symptoms and total score of the two groups were lower than before treatment， and the subjective symptoms and total score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P<0.05）. The adverse reactions between the two groups were not statistically significant （P>0.05）. Conclusion  The combination of intense pulsed light and Shumin has a good therapeutic effect on glucocorticoid-dependent dermatitis. The clinical symptoms of patients are reduced， the scores of symptoms are reduced correspondingly， and there are few adverse reactions， which is worthy of clinical promotion.

面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎（以下简称“激素依赖性皮炎”）是指因长期使用含皮质激素的药物和化妆品而引起的皮肤慢性炎性病变[1]。患者因面部出现脱屑、红斑、丘疹和水疱等临床症状，影响面部外观，降低生活质量。病情严重时，给患者造成严重的心理和生理负担[2-3]。随着皮质类固醇的广泛使用，近年来激素依赖性皮炎的发生率已上升至0.25%，高发于中青年女性，这与长期使用含激素的皮肤管理产品和化妆品密切相关[4]。局部……
