[摘要]目的：探討宽谱强光联合超分子水杨酸治疗寻常痤疮的临床有效性。方法：选取2019年3月-2020年9月在笔者医院就诊的104例寻常痤疮患者。按随机数字法分为对照组和观察组，每组52例。对照组采用宽谱强光治疗，观察组采用宽谱强光联合超分子水杨酸治疗。比较两组临床效果、皮损计数及不良反应情况。结果：观察组总有效率（84.62%）高于对照组（67.31%）（P<0.05）;观察组粉刺、丘疹、脓疱、囊肿及结节计数均低于对照组（P<0.05）。两组不良反应总发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：宽谱强光联合超分子水杨酸治疗寻常痤疮具有良好效果，可改善皮损情况，且不增加不良反应，值得临床推广。

Observation of the Curative Effect of Broadband Intense Light Combined with Supramolecular Salicylic Acid in the Treatment of Acne Vulgaris

Abstract： Objective  To explore the clinical effectiveness of broadband intense light combined with supramolecular salicylic acid in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods  Total of 104 patients with acne vulgaris who were treated in our hospital from March 2019 to September 2020 were selected. According to the random number method， the patients were divided into the control group （n=52） and the observation group （n=52）. The control group was treated with broadband intense light， and the observation group was treated with broadband intense light combined with supramolecular salicylic acid. The clinical effects， skin lesion count， and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results  The total effective rate of the observation group （84.62%） was higher than that of the control group （67.31%）， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The counts of acne， papules， pustules， cysts and nodules in the observation group were lower than those in the control group， and the differences were all statistically significant （P<0.05）. There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （P>0.05）.  Conclusion  Broadband intense light combined with supramolecular salicylic acid has a good effect in the treatment of acne vulgaris. It can improve the skin lesions， and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions， which worthes of clinical promotion.

寻常痤疮是临床多发的慢性皮肤病，可由毛囊口堵塞、雄激素过多、遗传、感染等因素引起，以红斑、丘疹、粉刺及囊肿等皮损形式为主要表现[1]。该疾病往往发生于颜面、胸背部，病情迁延，难以根治，尤其好发于青少年，其患病率高达40%～60%，且近年来患病人数逐年增多，对患者的外貌美观造成影响，进而产生不良心理，危害身心健康[2]。目前，药物、激光及中医中药疗法等为临床常用的治疗手段。宽谱强光是一种宽谱光源，可通过发射非连续的可见光，发挥光化学作用，破坏细菌细胞膜，从而刺激真皮层发生变化，改善皮肤质地，且具有疗效确切、安全可靠等特点，在雀斑、瘢痕等皮肤病的治疗中起到了关键作用[3-4]。超分子水杨酸作为水杨酸的超分子聚集体，是一种无色的抗菌物质，具有良好的抗角化、抗湿疹、止痒及消炎功能，且药物利用率高，副作用少，在临床上得到了广泛应用[5-6]。……
