摘  要：该文围绕精准扶贫背景下山东省农村残疾人公共体育服务展开研究。首先，对精准扶贫、公共体育服务相关概念进行了简单概述;其次，结合实际走访调查，全面介绍了精准扶贫背景下目前山东省残疾人公共体育服务需求情况以及公共体育服务现状，深入剖析了其中存在的问题和不足;最后，在精准扶贫理念的指导下，提出了未来山东省农村残疾人公共体育服务完善对策。希望能够借助以下研究和探讨，可以对进一步促进山东省农村残疾人公共体育服务质量的提升具有一定的借鉴意义，由此来充分彰显精准扶贫思想内涵。

Analysis on the Status Quo of Public Sports Services for Disabled People in Rural Areas of Shandong Province under

the Background of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

Abstract： This paper focuses on the public sports service for the rural disabled in Shandong Province under the background of targeted poverty alleviation. Firstly， the concept of targeted poverty alleviation public sports services was briefly summarized. Secondly， combined with the actual investigation， the paper comprehensively introduced the demand of public sports services for the disabled in Shandong Province and the current situation of public sports services under the background of targeted poverty alleviation，and deeply analyzed the existing problems and deficiencies. Finally， under the guidance of the concept of targeted poverty alleviation， this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the public sports services for the rural disabled in Shandong Province in the future. It is hoped that the following research and discussion can have a certain reference significance for further promoting the improvement of the quality of public sports services for rural disabled people in Shandong Province， so as to fully highlight the ideological connotation of targeted poverty alleviation.

作為一项大众集体性活动，经常参加体育运动有助于残疾人融入社会，降低其自身因残疾而带来的社会性焦虑感。相对于城市而言，农村地区不仅拥有庞大的残疾人总量，且存在明显的公共体育服务缺陷，无论是在公共体育服务资金、设施投入力度方面，还是组织建设方面都存在一定的不足，尤其是在残疾人体育服务的科技化、信息化管理等方面存在缺陷。这导致农村残疾人逐渐成为了体育运动的边缘人群，难以与普通大众一样享受到同等的公共体育服务。为此，在扶贫攻坚的关键时期，要大力推进精准扶贫工作，积极做好农村残疾人公共体育科技服务工作。……
