摘  要：图书馆是高校重要的组成部分，图书馆文献信息资源建设与服务工作的开展，有助于图书馆建设服务质量水平的提高，满足高校师生阅读、查找、利用相关图书信息资源的需求。然而，从现状来看，我国民办高校图书馆文献信息资源建设工作仍存在一些不足之处。因此，该文以民办高校图书馆文献信息资源建设的意义为切入点，进一步分析民办高校图书馆文献信息资源建设现状问题，并提出建设与服务的具体优化策略。

On the Construction and Service of Document Information Resources in Private University Libraries

Abstract： Library is an important part of colleges and universities. The construction and service of library literature and information resources will help to improve the service quality of library construction and meet the needs of college teachers and students to read， find and use relevant books and information resources. However， according to the current situation， there are still some deficiencies in library documentation and information resources of private university in China. Therefore， this paper first illustrates the significance and of realization of constructing documentation and information resources， then it analyzes their current situations， lastly， puts forward specific optimization strategies for construction and service.

图书馆文献信息资源建设是高校建设事业中非常重要的一部分。一方面，当前做好图书馆文献信息资源建设工作意义突出，既可以提高图书馆服务质量水平，又能够带动高校建设事业可持续发展。另一方面，当前我国民办高校图书馆文献信息资源建设工作问题较多，比如馆藏文献资源数量不足、館藏文献资源使用率偏低、文献资源种类不全且内容陈旧等[1]。

1  民办高校图书馆文献信息资源建设的意义分析

民办高校图书馆文献信息资源建设工作的开展意义深远，具体包括以下几个方面。

1.1 使图书馆发展需求得到有效满足

对于民办高校图书馆内部的文献资源，能够满足师生的各种服务需求，比如阅读、资料信息查找及利用等需求。然而，在民办高校建设工作持续深化推进的基础上，图书馆文献信息资源建设工作也需要紧跟时代发展步伐，改进传统建设工作的不足，朝着信息化、网络化、电子化建设方向逐步发展，以此使图书馆发展需求得到有效满足，并使图书馆建设、服务质量水平得到协同提升。……
