摘  要：“订单式”人才培养模式是高职院校与企业产学研合作中探索出的一条创新实践型人才培养的新途径。为了适应水产养殖业的发展需求，以就业为导向，大力推进校企合作和“订单式”水产养殖技术人才培养模式的构建。该文在共同制订人才培养方案、构建新课程体系、强化师资队伍建设、增强学生实践能力训练、建设校内生产性实训基地等方面进行了探索与实践，为培养更多水产养殖高素质技术技能人才奠定基础。

Practice and Exploration of "Ordered" Talent Training Mode for Aquaculture Technology Specialty in Colleges and Universities

Abstract： "Ordered" talent training mode is a new way of innovative and practical talent training explored in the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises. In order to meet the development needs of aquaculture industry and take employment as the guidance， vigorously promote the cooperation between schools and enterprises and the construction of "ordered" aquaculture technical personnel training mode. This paper makes exploration and attempt on developing talent training scheme by colleges and enterprises， reforming new curricula system， strengthening the construction of teaching staff， improving the practical ability of students， constructing the intramural productive training bases， which laid the foundation to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents for aquaculture.

近年來，在强大的社会需求和国家政策的支持下，高职院校为社会培养了大批高素质技术技能型人才，为我国现代化建设做出了重大的贡献。水产养殖是我国大农业中发展最快的产业之一，具有非常广阔的发展空间，对人才需求也将越来越大，水产养殖专业毕业生的前景将会越来越好。但是，当前水产专业人才极度缺乏，水产养殖专业毕业生严重供不应求，导致水产企业正面临“人才断层”的窘境。深化产教融合，构建“订单式”人才培养模式，能促进教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链有机衔接，是当前推进人力资源供给侧结构性改革的迫切要求，也是高职院校为行业培养更多高素质技术技能型人才的最佳方案[1]。
