摘  要：电力企业要想持续发展和建设，需要抓住物资安全风险管理中的重点和难点，研究电力企业物资安全风险控制。该文通过分析电力企业物资安全管理现状，发现电力企业物资安全风险控制存在物资采购缺乏战略规划、缺乏完善的管理机制、企业物资风险认知水平有限的难题。针对以上难题分别提出强化企业采购能力，进而节约企业采购材料成本和资金投入;科学化完善管理机制，促进物资计划管理的高效开展;培养企业物资风险认知能力，达到正确认识和分析企业物资安全风险的控制措施。

Research on Material Safety Risk Control of Electric Power Enterprises

Abstract： For the sustainable development and construction of electric power enterprises， it is necessary to grasp the key and difficult points of material safety risk management and study the material safety risk control of electric power enterprises. By analyzing the current situation of material safety management in electric power enterprises， this paper is found that the material safety risk control in electric power enterprises is lack of strategic planning， lack of perfect management mechanism， and limited cognition level of material risk. In view of the above problems， it is proposed to strengthen the purchasing ability of the enterprise， thus saving the cost of purchasing materials and the investment of funds; scientifically improve the management mechanism and promote the efficient development of material plan management; cultivate the cognitive ability of enterprise material risk to correctly understand and analyze the control measures of enterprise material safety risk.

如今，电力企业内外竞争环境正在不断发生重大变化。若企业想顺利成功进入国际市场，适应国际市场竞争环境，在市场竞争中寻求生存和健康发展，就必须不断转变企业思维模式以及行为方式，创新企业的管理模式，更新企业管理机制符合市场竞争过程中的重要战略目标。电力设备生产过程具有高度的可连续性，生产和电力消费同时进行，完成發电安全对社会产生多方面的影响，对选材和配套的要求高于一般工业企业。电力工业是国民经济的基础产业，是具有社会公用事业性质的产业。电力企业的影响包括工业、农业、国防、交通和科研等各行业的综合发展。严重的话会扰乱社会和人民生活秩序，造成社会灾难，以及非常恶劣的政治和经济后果。……
