摘  要：在工业生产过程中，工业生物技术的应用可以有效地减少能源与原材料消耗，降低对环境的污染，对落实“碳达峰”“碳中和”目标具有重要意义。因此，工业生物技术的研究引起了更加广泛的关注。在目前的研究工作中，虽然一些技术已经取得了长足的进步，但仍然面临着巨大的挑战，产生了一系列问题，只有妥善解决这些问题，才能促进工业生物技术的发展。该文对工业生物技术的研究现状进行分析，探讨工业生物技术的研究现状和发展趋势。

Research Status and Development Trend of Industrial Biotechnology

Abstract： In the process of industrial production， the application of industrial biotechnology can effectively reduce the consumption of energy and raw materials and reduce the pollution to the environment， which is of great significance to implement the goals of "carbon peak" and "carbon neutralization". Therefore， the research of industrial biotechnology has attracted more and more attention. Although some technologies have made great progress in the current research work， they still face great challenges and produce a series of problems. Only by properly solving these problems can we promote the development of industrial biotechnology. This paper will analyze the research status of industrial biotechnology and explore the research status and development trend of industrial biotechnology.

工業生物技术是一种先进的制造技术，能够利用微生物、动植物细胞或酶的生物催化作用，对物质进行大规模的加工与转化，目前已被广泛应用到食品、医药、造纸、皮革、纺织等行业中。在社会经济发展过程中，工业生物技术可以有效地缓解目前资源紧张、环境恶化以及经济衰退等方面的问题，有利于形成绿色、低碳的产业经济体系，对落实“碳达峰”“碳中和”目标具有重要意义，是可持续发展战略的重要举措。因此，进一步重视工业生物技术的研究，充分发挥其在社会经济发展中的作用是有必要的。

1  我国工业生物技术的研究现状

随着科学技术的快速发展，我国的工业生物技术进入了快速发展的阶段，目前已形成以企业为主体，产学研联合的产业创新技术体系，具有极强的自主创新能力及国际竞争力。……
