摘  要：教学质量是民办高校生存和发展的生命线，民办本科高校为我国高等院校中的重要组成部分，由于起步较晚，教学质量总体相对偏低，也存在教学质量体系有待完善的问题。面对当前新时代国家对教育教学评价改革的要求，民办本科高校在教学质量监控体系的构建、运行、创新中，需突出人才培养质量和改革创新能力，构建多元多维多视角的适应自身特色的教学质量监控体系，以实现高等教育内涵式发展，办好人民满意大学。文章立足广东财经大学华商学院进行论述，以期对自身及同类兄弟高校质量的提升有所借鉴。

Abstract： The quality of teaching is fast becoming a key factor in the maintenance and development of private higher education. Particularly， private higher education is taken as a prime component of Chinese private higher education， and its teaching qualities are comparatively inferior due to a short history so that the teaching quality system remains a work in progress. To meet the needs in the teaching quality assessment innovation and fit the new age， the private universities are required to heighten the quality of talents training and the capacity of creativity in the construction， operation and innovation stages of teaching quality evaluation system. The private universities are recommended to generate a monitoring system of teaching quality in multifaceted approach with their characteristics additionally. Therefore， a connotative advancement of higher education can be realized and build a university that people are satisfied with. In brief， this study explores Huashang College of Guangdong University of Finance and Economics， aiming to provide references for the progress of the same brother colleges.

中共中央國务院印发的《深化新时代教育教学评价改革总体方案》提出：“坚持科学有效，改进结果评价，强化过程评价，探索增值评价，健全综合评价，充分利用信息技术，提高教育评价的科学性、专业性、客观性。”民办本科高校应把握高等教育新形势，积极响应国家关于改进高等学校评价的要求，重视从学生、教师和用人单位等方面对学校人才培养质量的考察，牢固树立质量意识、标准意识，构筑多元多维参与的评价体系，同时完善由督导部门统一负责的教育评估监测机制，发挥专业机构和社会第三方组织作用。教学质量是高校教学工作的生命线，建立健全校内质量保障体系是发展中的民办高校长久生存与发展的关键。……
