摘 要：本文依据“双高计划”下，针对本校多种生源结构对于教学的新要求，为保障人才培养质量提升，接受在该形势下专业人才培养面对的新挑战，以信息类专业为例，探讨基于校级金课的在线课程建设如何推进“双高计划”下教学模式的变革，探索在线课程建设标准以及在线课程模式的应用。

Research and Practice on the Construction of Online Open Courses Based on School-level Golden Courses under the Background of “Double High Plan”

Abstract：This article is based on the “Double High Plan”， in response to the new requirements of the schools multiple student source structures for teaching. To ensure the improvement of the quality of talent training， and accept the new challenges faced by professional talent training under this situation， the article takes information majors as an example， explores how the online course construction based on school-level gold courses promotes the reform of the teaching mode under the “Double High Plan”， and explores the online course construction standards and the application of online course models.

2019年12月18日，教育部、财政部联合发布《关于公布中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划建设单位名单的通知》（教职成函[2019]14号），有197家单位获批建设，标志着中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划（“双高计划”）正式启动，湖南汽车工程职业学院（以下简称“我校”）成功入选，我校为落实“双高计划”中关于课程建设的部署要求，深化“三教”改革，提升课程建设水平和人才培养质量，启动2020年度校级“金课”项目，坚持以学生为中心的教学理念，全面提升课程质量，全面梳理教学内容，全面改良教学模式，打造一批具有学校特色的“金课”，对标省级、国家级精品在线开放课程建设标准，培育一批可持续发展的在线开放课程。

1 在线开放课程建设国内外研究现状

《教育信息化十年发展规划（2011-2020年）》中提出主动适应学习者个性化发展和多样化终身学习需求，立足实际建设在线课程建设，推动信息技术与教育教学深度融合，促进优质教育资源应用与共享。
