摘 要：乘务司机的职业素养与乘务安全有着密切关联，若能实现乘务司机标准化作业，有利于提高乘务安全管理水平。在此之上，本文简要分析了乘务安全管理的主要风险，并围绕乘务司机标准化作业对乘务安全管理的重要性，从加强标准化作业培训、注重司机安全意识提升、设置奖惩制明确职责、优化管理制度强化管理等路径，为乘务司机标准化作业的实施创造有利条件。

Exploration of the Importance of the Standard Operation of the Flight Attendant Driver to the Safety Management of the Flight Attendant

Abstract：The professionalism of the flight attendant driver is closely related to the safety of the flight attendant. If the standard operation of the flight attendant driver can be realized， it will help to improve the safety management level of the flight attendant. On top of this， this article briefly analyzes the main risks of crew safety management， and focuses on the importance of standard operation of crew drivers to crew safety management， from strengthening standardized operation training， paying attention to the promotion of driver safety awareness， setting rewards and punishments， clarifying responsibilities， and optimizing management. The system strengthens management and other paths to create favorable conditions for the implementation of standardized operations for flight attendants.

1 引言

乘务司机标准化作业主要是指在列车运营期间，需要遵守的相关规定，包括站台作业标准、列车行驶时刻表等，以此为列车的安全运营给予保障。同时，标准化作业还可促使乘务司机形成良好的安全意识以及责任感，继而降低列车事故的发生率，为我国城市轨道交通事业的稳定发展奠定坚实基础。

2 乘务安全管理的主要风险

乘务安全管理过程中，若针对乘务司机未提出標准化作业要求，很容易引发以下

风险：

（1）人为风险，在列车行驶期间，常受乘务司机与乘客等人力因素的干扰诱发安全事故。其中乘务司机职业水平不高或者重复作业下形成的习惯错误、个人情绪不佳，均会产生不良后果。而在乘客无应急处理能力、恶意毁坏配件、携带危险物品、不听从乘务人员指挥情况下，也不利于保障乘务安全。

（2）设备风险，在列车行驶期间，其中多设有多样设备，若设备出现故障，或存在安全隐患，也会致使列车运营遭遇风险。……
