摘  要：眼视光技术专业的育人目标是培养满足行业发展需求的高级技术人才和医疗技术人员。但在多种因素影响下，人才培养效果与预期目标存在一定差异，教学效果也不尽如人意。现代学徒制作为一种新型人才培养模式应用在高职眼视光技术专业中，能够解决传统教学模式中存在的问题，深化产教融合与校企合作，在提升专业教学整体质量的同时，还能实现人才培养目标。针对此，本文对现代学徒制在高职眼视光技术专业中的应用进行探究。

Abstract： The educational goal of optometry technology specialty is to cultivate senior technical personnel and medical technicians who meet the development needs of the industry. However， under the influence of many factors， there are some differences between the talent training effect and the expected goal， and the teaching effect is not satisfactory. Modern apprenticeship， as a new talent training mode， can solve the problems existing in the traditional teaching mode， deepen the integration of industry and education and school enterprise cooperation， and achieve the goal of talent training while improving the overall quality of professional teaching. In view of this， this paper explores the application of modern apprenticeship in optometry major in higher vocational colleges.

1  现代学徒制概述

现代学徒制作为一种新型人才培养模式备受关注，它是由教育部于2014年提出的，目的在于进一步促进产教融合、校企合作，同时对校企合作育人机制进行完善，以期培养专业素养与综合实力较高的优秀人才[1]。通过对现代学徒制的深入分析发现，其优势如下。

首先，从人才培养角度来看，遵循了因材施教和以人为本的原则。区别于传统教学模式，现代学徒制是以学生为主体，根据社会发展动向和行业要求对学生进行针对性培养，在传授学生专业理论的同时，重视实践教学的开展，尤其是实践教学，除了校内实训外，还有企业师傅传授实践经验与操作技能，从而实现学生的全面发展[2]。
