摘要：本文研究的主要内容是港口道路堆场施工过程中主要使用的技术、道路堆场常见的病害以及解决措施。通过文章的分析可知，港口道路堆场施工技术包括山皮土填筑、二次碎石垫层。同时，在道路堆场中，易出现铺面工后沉降、联锁块破损以及铺面不均匀沉降等问题。希望通过本文的分析，为其他施工企业应用道路堆场施工技术提供借鉴。

Abstract：the main content of this paper is the technology mainly used in the construction of Port Road storage yard，the common diseases of road storage yard and the solutions. According to the analysis of the article，the construction technology of Port Road storage yard includes mountain soil filling and secondary gravel cushion. At the same time，in the road storage yard，problems such as post pavement settlement，interlocking block damage and uneven pavement settlement are easy to occur. It is hoped that through the analysis of this paper，it can provide reference for other construction enterprises to apply road yard construction technology.

前言：最近一些年，我国的港口建设速度愈发加快，这具体体现在港口工程的规规逐渐攀升，建设港口需要用到的土地和材料逐渐稀缺，这使得今后的港口建设不得不走向一条新的发展路径——填海造陆。同时，港口的装卸机械也逐渐走向大型化，这需要先进的技术作为支撑，本文将以此作为重点分析的对象，分析港口道路堆场相关施工工艺。

1.港口道路堆场施工技术

1.1山皮土填筑

1.1.1山皮土概述

在承受地面荷载的主要结构层中，山皮土层是最重要的一个，对面层施工有着重要的影响。以下是山皮土质量相关的要求：

首先：山土必须保证高度的纯洁性，其间不能夹杂任何杂质，也不能使用其他土壤掺入搅拌;其次，山皮土的石料含里应当超过半数，最好接近80%，用作填料的颗粒直径不能超过面层厚度的三分之二。如果填石料用于路堤的填筑，不仅要限制填石料的最大颗粒直径，对于超过最大颗粒直径的填石料还要进行人工的剔除工作，但这一过程费时费力，一般会来用二次破碎的方式。……
