摘要：伴随着我国经济的飞速发展，房屋工程施工建设的重要性日益明显。在开展房屋工程施工的过程中，软土地基施工处理能够对整个房屋工程施工质量产生直接影响，直接决定房屋工程后期使用的安全性。因此，在进行建筑工程设计与施工过程中，对于软土地基设计与施工中可能存在的一些问题应高度重视，保障房屋结构设计的稳定性与其安全性。本文以软土地基处理技术为例，就房屋工程建筑施工中软土地基的特点做出探究，分析软土地基的特征以及软土地基在处理过程中所应遵循的原则，最后提出若干关于房屋工程施工中软土地基的施工技术应用建议，以望能够提升我国房屋工程软土地基的施工水平。

Abstract：with the rapid development of China's economy，the importance of housing construction is becoming more and more obvious. In the process of housing engineering construction，the construction treatment of soft soil foundation can have a direct impact on the construction quality of the whole housing engineering，and directly determine the safety of the later use of housing engineering. Therefore，in the process of architectural engineering design and construction，we should pay great attention to some problems that may exist in the design and construction of soft soil foundation，so as to ensure the stability and safety of house structure design. Taking the soft soil foundation treatment technology as an example，this paper explores the characteristics of soft soil foundation in housing engineering construction，analyzes the characteristics of soft soil foundation and the principles that soft soil foundation should follow in the treatment process，and finally puts forward some suggestions on the construction technology application of soft soil foundation in Housing Engineering construction，in order to improve the construction level of soft soil foundation in housing engineering in China.

前言：在进行房屋工程施工的过程中，软土地基的处理水平能够对整个工程的施工质量造成直接影响。因此，为充分保障软土地基的施工技术水平与质量，相关施工单位应当对自身的施工技术进行不斷地更新与优化，对现有的技术进行改良，充分保障房屋工程的施工进度以及施工质量，用更加合理的施工方式以及施工技术为房屋工程的施工质量打下坚实的基础，保障房屋工程施工的顺利开展。

1、软土地基的特点

在对房屋建筑工程进行施工的过程中，软土地基的施工区域的地质都是软土层，含水率高、土层之间的缝隙大，所以软土地基的承载力并不强[1]。……
