【摘  要】在新媒介高度繁荣发展的今天，新媒体对青少年呈现出前所未有的影响力，然而媒介素养教育的缺失或不足，认识的落后及偏差，使中小学生的媒介素养教育跟不上时代发展的步伐。因此，加强对中小学生的媒介素养教育就显得非常重要。本文结合现实背景，对当前中小学生媒介素养教育存在的主要偏差进行了全面的分析，并在此基础上提出了可操作的矫正建议。

On the Deviation and Correction of the Current Media Literacy Education of Primary and Secondary School Students

【Abstract】In today's highly prosperous development of new media， new media presents an unprecedented influence on young people. However， the lack or insufficiency of media literacy education， the backwardness and deviation of understanding， make the media literacy education of primary and secondery school students unable to keep up with the pace of development of the times. Therefore， it is very important to strengthen the media literacy education for primary and secondery school students. Based on the realistic background， this article conducts a comprehensive analysis of the main deviations in the current primary and secondery school students' media literacy education， and puts forward feasible corrective suggestions on this basis.

在当今这个媒介高度繁荣发展的时期，微信、抖音、微博、哔哩哔哩网站等新兴媒体在很大程度上替代了传统的电视、报纸等媒体，成了当代青少年接触和感知世界的“第二社会”或“看不见的学校”。伴随传媒业的迅速发展和环境的日益复杂，新媒体对青少年的影响力呈现出前所未有的力量。“年轻时代”的道德水平、审美标准、思维语言等在新兴媒体的影响下急速蜕变，随之也产生了一系列的社会问题和伦理冲突。因而中小学生媒介素养教育已成为教育热点话题。但是就现状看，情形并不乐观，因此，如何对其开展媒介素养教育是一个亟待解决的问题。

一、加强中小学生媒介素养教育的必要性

媒介素养的概念是英国学者F·R·利维斯和丹尼斯·汤姆森最早在1933年共同提出来，用来避免低俗化和肤浅化的媒介环境对学生产生的负面影响。国内自20世纪90年代开始研究媒介素养。因为世界各国在传媒体制、发展阶段、公众素养以及学者研究路径等方面存在很大差异，迄今媒介素养概念尚未形成一致意见。……
