【摘  要】在现阶段的农村小学中，学生的学习行为存在很多问题，严重影响了学生学习效率的提升。所以，教师要重視对农村学生的心理疏导工作，帮助其疏导心理问题，使其可以健康成长。基于此，本文先简单说明了农村学生行为存在的主要问题，然后着重阐述了造成这一问题的原因，最后重点分析了农村学生心理疏导对策，以供参考。

Study on the Learning Behavior and Psychological Counseling Countermeasures of Rural School Students

【Abstract】In rural primary schools at this stage， there are many problems with students' learning behaviors， which seriously affect the improvement of students' learning efficiency. Therefore， teachers should pay attention to the psychological counseling of rural students and help them to resolve their psychological problems so that they can grow up healthily. Based on this， this article first briefly explained the main problems in the behavior of rural students， and then focused on the reasons for this problem， and finally focused on the analysis of rural students' psychological counseling countermeasures for reference.

在教学的过程中，会不可以避免地遇到学生的学习行为出现问题，需要学校和教师加强重视，追根溯源，找出学生出现问题的根本原因，加以引导。尤其教师应加强家校合作，关注学生的行为和心理变化，当学生的心理发生变化的时候，要进行及时的干预和疏导工作，保证学生健康成长。

一、农村学校学生行为的主要问题

现阶段农村学校学生行为的主要问题是学生存在厌学的情绪，对课程学习的兴趣浓度不高，学习的效率也较为低下，学习成绩较差。从心理的角度分析学生的这种行为，是因为学生对学习认识存在偏差，再加上一些外在因素的影响，学生会养成逆反的心态，教师和家长越严格要求学生学习，学生就越不愿意学习，其行动上的表现就是主动远离学习。这样的行为是一种心理状态，是学生的心理认识出现问题，所以需要教师对学生进行合理的心理干预和心理疏导，使学生从这种负面的情绪中走出来，正确地认识到学习的重要性，改善自己行为上的偏差，更好地开展学习活动。……
