【摘  要】初中道德与法治课堂实践可以引导和规范初中生的行为，帮助初中生树立正确的道德思想和法律观念。而基于倾听的初中道德与法治“情理共生”课堂实践将改变现有的教育格局，提高初中思想与法治课堂实践的教育效果。本文阐述了基于倾听的初中道德与法治“情理共生”课堂实践的重要性，根据初中道德与法治课堂实践的现状提出了相应的改革和创新手段，以期能帮助初中教师加快基于倾听的初中道德与法治“情理共生”课堂实践的实施。

Class Practice and Research on the "Symbiosis of Emotion and Reason" in Junior Middle School Morality and Rule of Law

【Abstract】The classroom practice of junior high school moralityand rule of law can guide and standardize the behavior of junior high school students， and help them establish correct moral thinking and legal concepts. The listening-based  classroom practice of "The symbiosis of emotion and reason"in junior high school morality and rule of law will change the existing education pattern and improve the educational effect of junior high school moralityand rule of law classroom practice. This article expounds the importance of listening-based classroom practice of "The symbiosis of emotion and reason" in junior high school morality and the rule of law， and proposes corresponding reforms and innovations based on the current situation of junior high school morality and law .It hopes to help junior high school teachers to speed up the implementation of the listening-based classroom practice of "The symbiosis of emotion and reason"in junior high school morality and the rule of law.

基于傾听的初中道德与法治“情理共生”课堂实践是未来初中道德与法治课堂实践教学的趋势，它能够将学生和师生有效融入课堂，转变教师职能，让教师成为课堂的倾听者。当教师以倾听者的身份进行初中道德与法治的课堂实践时，能够更好地对学生进行情感和理智的引导，用道德和法律约束学生的思想和行为，达成“情理共生”的目标。

一、初中道德与法治课堂实践的现状

（一）初中道德与法治课堂实践教学手段单一

目前，初中道德与法治的课堂实践中最显著的问题在于教师的教学方法单一。在现有的初中道德与法治的课堂实践中，教师仍然是课堂的主体，教师的教学模式和教学手段单一。初中道德与法治课堂实践中，教师仅仅是以照本宣科的形式利用文字和图片进行教学。……
