【摘    要】劳动教育作为小学阶段教学的重要内容，同时也是培养青少年全面发展的重要环节，对小学生身心健康及发展有着重要的意义，但是目前小学阶段劳动教育面临着诸多问题，导致教育情况不佳。因此，学校应当重视并着力于培养学生的劳动价值观念。本文立足于劳动教育的现状，探讨相关策略，为实现学生的全面发展。

Research on Cultivating Students' Labor Values

【Abstract】Labor education， as an important content of primary school teaching， is also an important link in cultivating the comprehensive development of young people. It is of great significance to the physical and mental health and development of primary school students. However， labor education at the primary school currently faces many problems， resulting in poor education. Therefore， schools should use local resources to cultivate students' labor values. Based on the status quo of labor education， this article discusses relevant strategies in order to achieve the all-round development of students.

目前，教育主管部門根据劳动教育的价值、如何弘扬劳动精神、如何倡导和谐的劳动关系进行了相关的阐述。2018年全国教育大会强调，我们应构建促进学生德智体美劳全面发展的教育体系，从而达到更高的人才培养水平。因此，培养学生劳动价值观教育中的重要环节，是基于马克思主义开展劳动教育的体现。

一、目前小学劳动教育较直观的困境

（一）劳动教育观念的弱化

劳动是人类生存、发展的根本，也是促进一个个体全面发展的重要因素，但是部分学校、家长、学生无法理解劳动教育的根本意义。导致目前小学教育中劳动教育的部分呈现弱化状态，家长通常会认为劳动是浪费时间，学生的时间应该全部用到学习上，认为学生应该以学习为重，导致他们没有机会参与例如清洁、做饭、打扫在内的家庭劳动实践。部分有意识引导学生进行家庭劳动的家长，由于缺乏正确的劳动教育意识，也很难让正确的劳动观念在学生心中形成，导致家庭劳动教育难以得到良好的效果。……
