【摘  要】对于当前的教学而言，初中是一个承上启下的关键节点，前面承接小学基础教育，后面衔接高中教育。在素质教育的背景下，如何在学校工作中实施好德育，是新时代教育事业的重要课题。笔者结合本校的实际情况，从初中生的身心发展规律出发，探究学校德育工作的实施途径，从而为学生创造一个和谐友爱、温馨健康的校园环境。

Moral Education-the Focus of Junior High School Management in the New era

【Abstract】As far as current teaching is concerned， the junior high school stage is a key link between the previous and the next. The elementary school education is inherited in the front and the higher education is in the back.. In the context of quality education， how to implement moral education in school work is an important issue for education in the new era. Combining the actual situation of the school and starting from the law of physical and mental development of junior high school students， the author explores the implementation ways of school moral education， so as to create a harmonious， friendly， warm and healthy campus environment for students.

德育是素質教育的核心，在学校管理工作中，管理者要秉承“以德树人”的教学思想，赋予学校管理新的内涵，让学校管理更好地为学生服务。初中是学生身心发展的关键期，初中生的心理很脆弱，且尚未形成稳定而正确的“三观”，这时学生很容易受周围环境的影响而发生一些问题。学校对学生有教育的义务，通过学校管理渗透德育，不仅有助于完善学生的人格，培养学生的道德品质，还能营造良好的校园学习氛围，促进学生乐观健康地成长。关于如何在学校管理中实施德育，本文提出了四点策略，分别为：营造积极的校园德育环境、构建知识完善的德育课程、开展丰富多彩的德育活动、设计多元的德育评价机制，下文将一一进行阐述。

一、营造积极的校园德育环境

学校是学生生活和学习的主要场所，学校环境对学生有巨大的影响。学校环境可分为物质环境和精神环境两部分，无论是物质环境还是精神环境，都能潜移默化地指引学生前进的航向，对学生道德品行的形成和习惯的养成产生重要的影响。……
