【摘  要】在幼教工作中，幼儿园教师始终处于主体地位。因此，发展幼教事业，不仅要注重幼儿园的硬件建设，还要关心幼儿教师的心理问题，增强教师的幸福感与归属感。本文将探究幼儿教师的幸福感与归属感在幼教工作中的作用，并研究提升幼儿教师幸福感与归属感的办法。

The Role of Kindergarten Teachers' Well-being and Sense of Belonging and Ways to Improve

【Abstract】In the work of preschool education， kindergarten teachers are always in the dominant position. Therefore， to develop early childhood education， we must not only pay attention to the hardware construction of kindergartens， but also care about the psychological problems of preschool teachers， and enhance teachers' sense of happiness and belonging. This article will explore the role of preschool teachers well-being and sense of belonging in early childhood education， and study ways to improve preschool teachers well-being and sense of belonging.

近些年来，在国家的重视下，幼教事业逐步发展起来。据统计，截至2019年12月，国内幼儿园数量已超过28.12万所，幼儿园专任教师人数超过276万人，全国入园幼儿超过1688万人。众所周知，幼儿的大脑、神经系统尚在发展之中，其行为、意识缺乏自主性。因此，在幼教工作中，幼儿教师处于主体地位。所以，要发展幼教事业，不仅要注重幼儿园的硬件建设，还要关心人，关心幼儿教师的心理问题，着力增强教师的幸福感与归属感。

一、当前幼儿教师占比、收入及心理现状

2019年，专家随机抽取了甘肃省兰州市、天水市、庆阳市等地的11所幼儿园，对这些幼儿园的教师进行了一次问卷调查。参与此次调查的教师共有156人，从工作年限上来看，有29名教师的工作年限在1～2年之间，在全部被调查教师中的占比为18.6%;有45名教师的工作年限在3～5年之间，在全部被调查教师中的占比为28.8%;有55名教师的工作年限在6～8年之间，在全部被调查教师中的占比为35.3%;有27名教师的工作年限超过8年，在全部被调查教师中的占比为17.3%。
