【摘要】医院档案管理是整个医院管理体系中最重要的一环，记录着患者病历、人事、药品、设备采购等多方面的历史信息，关系着医院发展、文化、医疗力量建设等相关工作的顺利开展，不仅可以使人们快速了解医院发展的历史和现状，还能够对医院未来的发展规划提供数据支持。本文主要分析新医改制度下医院档案管理存在的主要问题，并提出一些有效的改进策略以供相关工作人员参考。

Explore the improvement strategy of hospital archives management under the new medical reform

【Abstract】Hospital archives management is the most important part of the entire hospital management system. It records patient medical records， personnel， medicines， equipment purchases and other historical information， which is related to the smooth development of hospital development， culture， and medical power construction. Development can not only enable people to quickly understand the history and current situation of the hospital’s development， but also provide data support for the hospital’s future development plan. This article mainly analyzes the main problems of hospital archives management under the new medical reform system， and proposes some effective improvement strategies for the reference of relevant staff.

在新醫改的时代背景下，医院健全卫生服务体系的工作势在必行，医院档案管理作为医疗体系的排头兵、桥头堡，必须根据现阶段医院医疗体系建设中存在的问题，完善医院档案管理的相关制度。加强对医院档案历史数据信息的存储、查询及控制能力，提升档案管理工作的质量。利用数字化的档案管理平台，为医院档案的管理和监督提供准确、可靠的数据信息。但是由于各种因素的影响，医院档案管理还存在着一些需要改进的问题，阻碍着档案管理工作的进步和发展。因此相关工作人员应结合所在医院的实际情况，制定出适当的改进策略，为医院档案管理工作的顺利开展铺平道路，进一步提升医院的服务品质。

1 新医改背景下医院档案管理改进的必要性
