【摘要】目的：分析感染高风险区域采用84消毒液，对环境表面的消杀效果。方法：对我中心2020年5月至2021年4月针对感染高风险区域使用84消毒液消毒情况进行回顾分析，随机抽取公厕4处、公共座椅10处、电梯间5处、会议室4处，将消毒前后各处环境表面菌落数进行对比，分析84消毒液的消杀效果。结果：消毒后0.5h、1h、3h、12h、24h各处环境表面菌落数均小于消毒前（P<0.05）。结论：针对感染高风险区域的消毒工作中84消毒液对菌落的消杀效果确切，尤其是在消毒后1h内，随着时间的延长，菌落数有所增加，因此基于防控感染的目的，有必要对高风险区进行定期消杀。

84 Application of disinfectant to environmental surface of high risk infection

【Abstract】Objective： to analyze the efficacy of 84 disinfectant on environmental surface in high risk area of infection. Methods： from May to April 2020，84 disinfectants were used in high risk areas of infection in our center. 4 public toilets， 10 public seats， 5 elevators and 4 conference rooms were randomly selected， the number of bacteria on the surface of each place before and after disinfection was compared， and the disinfection effect of 84 disinfectant was analyzed. Results： The number of colony on the surface of environment at 0.5 h， 1 H， 3 H， 12 h and 24 h after disinfection was lower than that before disinfection （P<0.05） .Conclusion： The efficacy of 84 disinfectant solution in disinfection of high risk area is accurate， especially in the first hour after disinfection， the number of bacterial colonies increases with the extension of time， so for the purpose of preventing and controlling infection， it is necessary to eliminate high-risk areas on a regular basis.

在預防控制疾病与伤害、构建健康生活环境等方面，疾控中心承担着重要的责任。感染性疾病在现代医学中非常普遍，常见病原体主要有病毒、细菌、真菌、寄生虫、支原体、衣原体等，当人体受到上述病原体侵袭之后，可引起局部组织炎症，也可导致某个脏器、器官甚至整个系统感染的一系列临床症状，严重者引发脓毒败血症列，如不及时治疗会危及生命。感染性疾病对于健康与安全均有着极大的威胁，预防和控制环境污染是保障人们健康的重要环节[1-2]。目前除了医院需要加强进一步严格消毒防止发生院内感染和交叉感染外，卫健部门责令疾控中心指导环卫等相关部门有必要加强对空气流通相对差的公厕、车站候车室、飞机场、楼宇电梯间、会议室等公共场所及特殊场所的消杀工作，以避免感染发生。……
