摘  要：英语核心素养概念和标准的提出为英语教育的发展指明了方向，同时也为教育教学革新提供了新的机遇和挑战。分析现阶段小学生的英语核心素养培养现状，可寻因究果，提升小学生英语学习效率。文章通过探究小学阶段学生英语学习与一线教师的教学现状，进而发掘其存在的问题及影响因素，在此基础上，结合国家教育方针和一线教学实践制定出能够体现英语学科核心素养的教学策略，以期为小学英语教师教学提供帮助。

Deep English Teaching in primary school based on core competence

【Abstract】The concept and standard of English core literacy not only points out the direction for the development of English education，but also provides new opportunities and challenges for education and teaching innovation. By analyzing the current situation of the cultivation of primary school students' English core literacy，we can find the causes and results and improve the efficiency of primary school students' English learning. This paper explores the current situation of primary school students' English learning and front-line teachers' teaching，and then explores its existing problems and influencing factors. On this basis，combined with the national education policy and front-line teaching practice，this paper formulates teaching strategies that can reflect the core literacy of English subjects，in order to provide help for primary school English teachers' teaching.

1. 小学英语核心素养的概念界定

学生整体素养的培养与各方面学科行为发展有着紧密联系。为明确小学时期英语核心素养的培养目标，教师要善于积累经验，分析国内、国际情况，结合最新的英语课程标准，将英语学科素养大致分为四个部分—语言能力、文化品格、思维品质和学习能力。

在此基础上，若想给予“小学英语核心素养”科学的定义，将小学生的认知需求，以及身心特点考虑在内，结合英语教材内容制定最为合理的教学方案。首先，小学生各方面能力处于初步发展的阶段，尤其是心理和身体的发育不够成熟，所以要格外注重培养学生的人文素养，及时完善他们的认知需求。其次，小学英语处于义务教育的初始阶段，为达到教学要求，教师要制定详细的教学计划。从这两点即可知道，英语核心素养的形成有著基础性特征，能为日后学习奠定基础。……
