摘  要：在素质教育背景下，新课程要求初中班主任在班级德育教育中不但要重视理论基础教育，还要让学生在掌握德育知识的基础上提高学生对知识的应用于创新，培养学生的行为习惯、思想情感以及道德素养，提高学生遵纪守法的意识，促进学生综合素质的提升，促进学生今后更好的发展。本文将简要阐述现阶段初中班主任德育工作中存在的问题，并探究班主任德育工作的改善策略。

Teaching by Words and Deeds--On the Strategies of Improving the Moral Education Work of the Teacher in Charge of the Junior Middle School

【Abstract】In the context of quality education，the new curriculum requires junior high school head teachers to not only pay attention to theoretical basic education in class moral education，but also allow students to improve their application of knowledge and innovation on the basis of mastering moral education knowledge，and cultivate students、 behavior habits，Ideological，emotional and moral quality，improve students、awareness of observing discipline and law，promote the improvement of students，comprehensive quality，and promote their better development in the future. This article will briefly explain the current problems in the moral education of the teacher in charge of junior high school，and explore the improvement strategies of the teacher in charge of moral education.

在素質教育下，初中的班主任德育工作越来越受重视。班主任是学生在学校接触最多的人，作为班级的引导者和管理者，开展的德育工作对班级管理和德育教育有着非常重要的作用。因此，班主任要分析学生的特点和个性，设计合理的德育工作方案，在日常管理中主动关心、爱护学生，以身作则，用心育人，促进学生道德素养的提升。

1. 初中班主任德育工作中存在的问题

随着素质教育的发展，初中班级德育教育和管理也进行了改革，教学方式和管理制度不断完善。但许多初中班主任在班级管理中，仍旧忽视了德育教育，将大部分时间和精力放在学生成绩的提升上，导致学生出现“高分低能”情况，不利于学生长期发展。初中班主任在日常管理教育中，与学生之间缺乏互动，不了解学生的心理状况、行为习惯、思想情感等情况，没有结合学生的实际情况设计德育教育内容，对学生的德育教育仍旧以传统的说教式为主。……
