摘  要：班主任，看似管理的是一个班的学生，其实背后还得带好另一个班——“家长班”。带好“家长班”对班级建设和学生健康成长意义重大，“家长班”是提升教育工作质量的重要资源，需要通过各种形式统筹协调，而开家长会便是其中方式之一。开好家长会，也是班主任进行班集体建设的重要工作之一，本文结合工作实践就如何召开家长会及家长会的新开法进行深入探讨。

【Abstract】The head teacher seems to manage the students of one class. In fact，he has to take another class - "parent class". Taking good care of the "parent class" is of great significance to class construction and students' healthy growth. The "parent class" is an important resource to improve the quality of educational work，which needs to be coordinated through various forms，and holding a parent meeting is one of them. Holding parents' meeting well is also one of the important work of class teachers in class collective construction. Combined with work practice，this paper makes an in-depth discussion on how to hold parents' meeting and the new opening method of parents' meeting.

家长会是学校教育与家庭教育对接和交流的重要渠道，也是教育工作者必须开拓和坚守的主要德育阵地。怎么开好家长会，让家长会发挥应有的沟通与协调作用，需要广大教育工作者根据实情与需要深入探索与实践。

要问家长会怎么开，先思考两个问题：为什么开？为谁开？

家长会，是为家校深入合作而开，为学生发展而开，为进一步提高学校及家庭教育质量而开。明确家长会召开的目的与意义后，再根据会议主题与任务深入研究“家长会怎么开”这个问题。

开家长会之前，一定要确定主题，明确目标，做好预案，策划会议议程，做好前期各项准备工作。

在小学阶段，家长会可以分为多种类型，通过不同类型的家长会，开出实效和新意。

1. 家长会类型

（1）事务型

事务型家长会主要目的是商讨班级发展规划，完善各项组织建设，建设班级家校共建格局。主要可从两方面入手：

第一，从班级建设需要出发。……
