摘  要：一個成功的家庭教育需要以良好的亲子关系为基础，如果家长与孩子之间不能够和谐相处，那么家庭教育的结果也势必不会使人满意。共情与积极的心理暗示是家庭教育过程中十分重要的两个部分，家长在进行家庭教育的过程中要正确认识到共情与积极的心理暗示给孩子带来的影响，才能使家庭教育水平不断提升，促使孩子主动学习，不断进步。本文将从共情与心理暗示的概念出发，阐述共情与积极的心理暗示在家庭教育过程中所起到的作用，并举例分析他们在家庭教育中的实际应用。

The Application of Empathy and Positive Psychological Suggestion in Family Education

【Abstract】A successful family education needs to be based on a good parent-child relationship. If parents and children cannot get along in harmony，then the result of family education is bound to be unsatisfactory. Empathy and positive psychological cues are two very important parts of the family education process. Parents must correctly recognize the impact of empathy and positive psychological cues on their children in the process of family education in order to improve the level of family education Continuous improvement encourages children to learn actively and make continuous progress. This article will start from the concept of empathy and psychological suggestion，expound the role of empathy and positive psychological suggestion in the process of family education，and give examples to analyze their practical application in family education.

家庭教育是一个人在成长过程当中所受到的最初的教育，家庭教育对一个人未来成长发展的影响也最大。随着社会经济水平的不断提升，人们对于教育水平的要求也越来越高。父母作为家庭教育的主要传授者，是孩子的第一位人生引导者。一个好的家庭教育能够决定一个人未来的发展成功或是失败，因此，父母在家庭教育当中所使用的方法是十分重要的。

共情一般也被称为同理心或是投情，共情这一词汇主要是指从别人的角度出发去感受对方的心理世界，其中包含了三方面的含义：1.提出问题的人根据回答者的回答，来体会对方的感受与想法。2.提出问题的人根据自身的生活经验与积累的知识，将回答者的经历与他的生活经验和他的个人特征结合起来，从而对回答者的思想进行理解。……
