【摘要】“新农科”是基于新时代“三农”发展需求而提出的我国“农科教育”改革的新方向。“新农科”建设的根本任务是人才培养。高等农业院校肩负着培养和造就“三农”人才队伍的重大使命。国家制定的教育目标要落地，要经过学校这个关键枢纽，要落实到每一门课程的教学过程中。因此，课程改革是高等教育全面改革的基础。为实现国家乡村振兴战略对人才的需求，我们将从教师的教育理念、教学内容、教学方式、成绩评价体系和课程思政等多个方面，在动物生物化学的课程教学中进行改革研究与实践。

【Abstract】New agricultural science is a new direction of agricultural science reform in China based on the development demand of “agriculture， rural areas and farmers” in the new era. The fundamental task of the construction of new agricultural science is to cultivate talents. Agricultural colleges and universities shoulder the important mission of training the talent team of “agriculture， rural areas and farmers”. The educational objectives set by the state should be implemented through the school， which is a key hub， and should be implemented in the teaching process of every course. Therefore， curriculum reform is the foundation of the comprehensive reform of higher education. In order to meet the demand for talents in the national rural vitalization strategy， we will carry out reform research and practice in the course teaching of animal biochemistry from the aspects of teachers？蒺 educational concept， teaching content， teaching method， performance evaluation system and ideological and political education.

2018年12月，教育部在中国农业大学组织召开“新农科”建设研讨会，提出要以现代科学技术改造提升现有的涉农专业，布局适应新产业、新业态发展需要的新型涉农专业，推进课程体系、实践教学、协同育人等方面的改革，为乡村振兴发展提供更强有力的人才支撑[1]。2019年4月，“六卓越一拔尖”计划2.0启动大会召开，新农科建设工作组正式成立[2]，至此，拉开了我国高等农业院校全面改革的大幕。“新农科”是基于新时代“三农”发展需求而提出的我国“农科教育”改革的新方向。……
