摘  要：通过工程教育专业认证的专业办学质量，获得与国际高等学校工程教育实质等效的认可，进入“全球工程教育第一方阵”，打造“金课”顺应当前的形式，是当前各高校教育教学改革的重要举措。水力学课程为落实立德树人的根本任务，在传授知识的同时，如盐入水地融入课程思政，打造工程教育专业认证背景下的线上线下混合式金课。

Abstract： Quality of education in institute through engineering education professional certification gains equivalent recognition of world higher engineering education， and enters the first phalanx of global engineering education. Building "valuable classes" living in the present is important current initiatives of education educational reform in colleges and universities. To carry out the fundamental task of strengthen moral education and cultivate people， while imparting knowledge "Hydraulics" course integrates ideological and political elements such as salt into the water， and is built in online to offline "valuable class" under the background of professional accreditation.

工程教育是我國高等教育重要的组成部分，在高教体系中“三分天下有其一”，工程教育专业认证是国际通行的工程教育质量保障制度，也是实现工程教育国际互认和工程师资格国际互认的重要基础[1]。2016年我国成为《华盛顿协议》正式成员，中国工程教育认证结果和通过认证专业的毕业生质量，已经可以在包括美国、英国、日本、俄罗斯等20个《华盛顿协议》正式成员内得到认可。我国的工程教育认证于2006年启动，截至2018年全国227所高等学校1170个专业通过工程认证，大部分双一流建设高校和几乎所有的有优势、传统工科高校都已参加认证，“以学生为中心、坚持成果导向和持续改进”为核心的工程教育专业认证已成为各高校保证教学质量的必然选择[2]。《教育部关于狠抓新时代全国高等学校本科教育工作会议精神落实的通知》（教高函[2018]8号，以下简称《通知》）中指出，“加强学习过程，各高校要全面梳理各门课程的教学内容，淘汰‘水课，打造‘金课，合理提升学业挑战度、增加课程难度、拓展课程深度，切实提高课程教学质量”[3]。……
