摘 要 产教融合实训基地是深化产教融合、校企合作的重要载体，是应用型本科院校培养具有较强社会适应能力和竞争能力的高素质应用型人才的重要支撑。以成都工业学院为例，详细分析“校办企业、引企入校、校企共建”多种产教融合实训基地建设模式，并对进一步改善产教融合实训基地的建设和运行管理提出建议。

Exploration on Construction of Industry-Education Integration Practical Training Base in Application-Oriented Universities：Taking Chengdu Technological University as Example//WU Qiongxian， WANG Fei， HUANG Xiaoyan， LI Yujia， JIANG Li

Abstract Industry-education integration has become the consensus of the whole society， and the industry-education integration practicaltraining base is an important carrier to deepen the industry-educationintegration and school enterprise cooperation， and is an important support for application-oriented universities to cultivate high-quality applied talents with strong social adaptability and competitiveness. Taking Chengdu Technological University as an example， the con-struction mode of industry-education integration practical training base “university-owned enterprise， introducing enterprises into the school， school-enterprise cooperation” is analyzed in this paper， andsome suggestions are put forward to improve the construction andoperation management of the industry-education integration practi-cal training base.

0 引言

近年來，教育部、国家发展改革委、财政部联合发布的《关于引导部分地方普通本科高校向应用型转变的指导意见》（教发〔2015〕7号），国务院办公厅发布的《关于深化产教融合的若干意见》（国办发〔2017〕95号），国家发展改革委、教育部、人力资源社会保障部、国家开发银行联合发布的《关于加强实训基地建设组合投融资支持的实施方案》（发改社会〔2018〕1464号）等文件相继提出要求：实训基地建设是加强技术技能人才培养的关键环节，要按照工学结合、知行合一的要求，以实训基地建设为纽带，推进产教深度融合、校企协同育人。深化产教融合、校企合作，是应用型本科院校加强实习实训基地建设，深化实践教学体系改革，培养具有较强社会适应能力和创新能力应用型人才的重要保障。
