摘 要 为了达到“双高计划”的本质要求，针对高技能人才培养和评价指标体系进行研究。以安徽机电职业技术学院机械设计与制造专业人才培养和职业能力评价指标为例展开研究，通过对安徽及长三角区域制造企业对机械设计与制造专业高技能人才的要求进行调研分析，提出“双高”背景下机械设计与制造专业人才的培养模式和职业能力评价体系。

Research on High Skilled Personnel Training and Evaluation Index Under Background of Double High Plan//WANG Jianjun

Abstract Through the questionnaire， the paper presents to obtain the data of students satisfaction with using desks and chairs， then to improve the structure and to expand function of the existing desks and chairs on these basis of datum to meet the needs of all students possibly through the reasonable configuration and re-layout. In order to achieve the essential requirements of the “double high plan”， the evaluation index system and the method of talent training is studied. Taking the talent training and vocational ability evaluation index of Mechanical Design and Manufacturing specialty in our university as an example， the mechanical design and manufacture major is studied. On this basis， the requirements of Anhui and Yangtze River Delta manufacturing enterprises for high skilled talents of Mechanical De-sign and Manufacturing are analyzed. Finally， the training mode and the concept of professional ability evaluation system of mechanical design and manufacturing professionals under the background of “double high” are put forward.

0 引言

教育部、财政部联合启动的“双高计划”，目的是支持一批优质高职学校和专业群率先发展，并以此作为新时代职业教育发展的引领，更好地服务于国家战略、融入区域发展、传承技能、促进就业和产业升级，对于服务建设现代化经济体系和更高质量更充分就业具有重大意义[1-2]。

2019年，安徽机电职业技术学院入选国家高水平专业群建设单位（A档），学院所在地芜湖作为长三角的重要区域，汽车、智能制造产业集群的重大项目建设正值加快转型期间，对职业教育人才培养提出新要求。按照新时代中国特色职业教育的要求，机械设计与制造专业为学院校级高水平重点建设专业，服务于区域经济发展和产业转型升级，面向智能制造等战略性新兴产业，落實高素质高技能人才培养根本任务，提高人才培养质量，旨在为支撑区域经济发展作出贡献。
