【摘    要】在素质教育理念影响下如何培养学生的创新能力已经是教育改革的重要方向，而在信息技术教学过程中，学生的创新能力更是非常重要并且也是核心的学习条件，所以，教师必须着重培养学生良好的创新能力和实践精神。那么，如何在信息技术教学中培养学生的创新能力呢？这是当下信息技术教学过程中所有教师都要充分考虑的一个重要问题。本文通过深入分析和研究，从而提出在信息技术教学中培养学生创新能力的有效策略。

【Abstract】How to cultivate students' innovative ability under the influence of the concept of quality education has been an important direction of education reform. In the process of information technology teaching， students' innovative ability is very important and also a core learning condition. Therefore， teachers must focus on training students good innovation ability and practical spirit. So， how to cultivate students' innovative ability in information technology teaching？ This is an important issue that all teachers must fully consider in the current information technology teaching process. Through in-depth analysis and research， this article puts forward an effective strategy for cultivating students' innovative ability in information technology teaching.

初中阶段学生的思想是非常灵活与活跃的，并且这个阶段的学生参与意识也是很强的，所以教师应该有效利用这些特性，从而积极在信息技术教学中有效培养学生的创新能力。教师除了要转变自身的教学意识以外，还应该科学合理地做好自己课堂的领导者、教学引导者，这样才可以更好地在信息技术教学中充分挖掘出学生创新能力形成的立足点。然后再通过教师潜移默化的引导和激发，使学生形成创新意识和思维。

一、调动学生学习兴趣，为创新能力奠定基础

要想在信息技术教学中培养学生的创新能力，就必须充分激发学生对信息技术的学习兴趣。而教师可以从教学内容、教学手段以及教学语言等多方面着手，并且通过深入研究和探索，从而科学有效地引导学生对信息技术产生浓厚兴趣，然后再进一步培养学生创造意识，逐渐推进学生创新能力的提升。……
