摘  要：《高等数学》教育中到处都蕴含着创新思维，学好高等数学是培养创新能力的最好的途径，所以应充分发挥好《高等数学》教育在创新型人才培养中的作用。该文从新时代背景下创新型人才培养的重要性出发，首先论述了创新是创新型人才的显著特点，而创新思维是创新的必要条件，然后重点论述了高等数学教育与创新思维的培养之间的内在联系和必然规律，最后得出了要想充分发挥高等数学教育在创新型人才培养中的作用，必须在教学上对教学模式、教学内容、教学方法和手段等进行创新改革;必须大力开展数学建模比赛活动，让学生把高等数学知识应用到实际生活当中去，在应用中学，在学中应用，从而培养他们的创新能力。

Give Full Play to the Innovative Role of adranced Mathematics Education Role in Talent Training

Abstract： The education of Advanced Mathematics contains innovative thinking everywhere. Learning advanced mathematics well is the best way to cultivate innovative ability， so we should give full play to the role of Advanced Mathematics education in the cultivation of innovative talents. Starting from the importance of cultivating innovative talents under the background of the new era， this paper first discusses that innovation is the remarkable feature of innovative talents， and innovative thinking is the necessary condition for innovation， and then focuses on the internal relationship and inevitable law between higher mathematics education and the cultivation of innovative thinking， finally， it is concluded that in order to give full play to the role of higher mathematics education in the cultivation of innovative talents， we must innovate and reform the teaching mode， teaching content， teaching methods and means in teaching; we must vigorously carry out mathematical modeling competition activities， so that students can apply higher mathematics knowledge to real life， in application middle school and in learning， so as to cultivate their innovation ability.

在这个“大众创业、万众创新”的时代浪潮中，培养创新型人才已经成为高校一项光荣而艰巨的任务。时代造就创造者，时代召唤创新者，为顺应时代的潮流，高校已经变成了培养创新型人才的基地，高校已经变成了培养创新型人才的排头兵，所以高校教育应该把培养学生的创新能力放在首要位置。

1  创新的重要性

创新是一个人的综合能力的最高表现，也是一个国家科技水平的象征。社会要发展、人类要进步、国家要富强、民族要想走在世界前列，就要不断地进行理论思维，就要不断地进行理论创新，就要不断地进行创新型人才的培养。……
