摘  要：社区教育移动学习在不断探索的过程中也存在信息发展不健全、学习积极性弱、区域发展不平衡等问题。为实现“互联网+”背景下移动学习模式最优化服务于社区教育，亟待从移动学习平台的构建、社区教育的主体、学习资源的开发等方面对移动学习模式进行改革创新、优化升级，以推动数字化学习的快速发展，实现终身学习。

Research on Mobile Learning in Community Education Under the Background of Internet Plus

Abstract： In the process of continuous exploration of mobile learning in community education， there are also problems such as imperfect information development， weak learning enthusiasm and unbalanced regional development. In order to realize the optimization of mobile learning mode in the context of "Internet+"， it is necessary to reform， innovate and optimize the mobile learning mode in terms of the construction of mobile learning platform， the main body of community education and the development of learning resources， so as to promote the rapid development of digital learning and realize lifelong learning.

社区教育是社会变革和时代发展的产物，是构建学习型社会的基础，是践行全民教育和终身学习理念的重要途径，是衡量一个国家教育现代化的重要标志。虽然社区教育具有灵活性、广泛性、多样性、全员性、综合性等众多优势，但是由于受教育者身份的复杂性、学习需求的多样性、学习能力的多重性、学习时间的碎片化等特点，社区教育对教学平台和学习模式提出了更高的要求。网络信息技术的发展给社区教育带来新的方向，移动学习（Mobile Learning）应运而生。应用移动技术的优势开展社区教育的移动学习新模式，能够突破传统教育在时空上的限制，促进更高效的教与学之间的双向交流，更有助于满足多元化的学习需求，树立终身学习的理念，实现教育机会公平。但是移动学习模式在社区教育的实际实践过程中也存在一些问题，需要引起重视，并加以改进，以期促进移动学习更好地服务于社区教育。
