摘  要：新时期背景下，人口老龄化问题日益严重，作为人口大国，养老问题逐渐成为民生问题的重点之一。老年人群体身体机能逐渐下降，患病风险也随之提升，他们在选择养老机构时，对医疗能力和养老服务水平非常重视。这就需要养老机构将医疗资源与养老服务进行科学整合，构建一个医养结合的服务体系，以此满足市场需求，对现有医疗、养老资源进行合理利用，进而全面提升老年人的生活质量，确保其健康、快乐的生活。基于此，本文将针对新时期背景下医养结合养老服务进行分析，并提出一些策略，仅供各位同仁参考。

Abstract： Under the background of the new era， the problem of population aging is becoming more and more serious. As a populous country， the issue of elderly care has gradually become one of the focus of people's livelihood issues. This requires elderly care institutions to scientifically integrate medical resources and elderly care services and build a service system that combines medical care and elderly care to meet market demand， make rational use of existing medical and elderly care resources， and comprehensively improve the quality of life of the elderly. Ensure its healthy and happy life. Based on this， this article will analyze the combination of medical care and elderly care services under the background of the new era， and propose some strategies for your colleagues' reference only.

生活水平的提升在很大程度上延長了人类平均寿命，致使高龄、老龄人口比重逐渐提升，《中国养老产业发展战略研（2014）》报告中数据显示，80%～90%的老龄群体是在亚健康群体和慢性病的范畴内。现阶段，我国养老体系尚未完善，诸多养老机构难以满足老人需求，“只能养，不能医”成为众多养老机构无法回避的问题。基于此，将医养结合与养老服务进行综合性研究具有重要意义，借此更合理地配置养老、医疗资源，满足现阶段老人生活需求，进而缓解和改善社会养老压力，提升老年人生活水平。

1  医养结合与养老服务概念简介

所谓“医养结合”是指：让老年人“有病及时医治，无病定期养护”，实现医疗资源与养老资源有机结合，使两者相互促进、互为补充，进而解决当前诸多养老机构的困境，是未来养老事业发展的一大趋势。……
