【摘  要】在学校教育中体育的重要性不言而喻，不仅可以强健学生的体魄，还能够促进学生身心的愉悦，确保学生的可持续发展。而传统体育在当前的体育教学中发挥着重要作用，小学生要掌握扎实的体育知识和体育技能以及学习更好的传统文化。小学体育教师应在日常教学中汲取传统体育的精华，顺应时代的发展，充分发挥传统体育的教育价值，提高小学生的体育综合素养。

A Brief Talk on Traditional Physical Education and Its Value

【Abstract】In school education， the importance of physical is self-evident. It can not only strengthen the students' physique， but also promote the physical and mental happiness of students and ensure the sustainable development of students. Traditional sports play an important role in current physical education. Primary school students must master solid sports knowledge and sports skills and learn better traditional culture. Primary school physical education teachers should absorb the essence of traditional sports in daily teaching， conform to the development of the times， give full play to the educational value of traditional sports， and improve the comprehensive physical education of primary school students.

讓中华传统体育在校园中绽放光彩，一直以来都是体育教师肩负的重任，每一名体育教师都应该认清当前的教育形式，认真贯彻落实教育体制改革精神。在体育教学时融入传统体育，既能够增强小学生的身体素质，健全小学生的人格品质，还可以锤炼小学生的意志韧性，增强小学生的文化自信。义务教育阶段的体育课程标准提出：体育课程应坚持“健康第一”的指导思想，培养良好的体育道德和爱国主义精神，满足学生自我发展的需要。因此，小学体育教师有必要在体育教学中引入传统体育，使之常态化和科学化，给小学生带来更多的体育体验，让小学生在享受传统体育乐趣的同时强身健体，更好地推进传统体育在小学体育中的开展。
