摘要：基层畜牧兽医动物防疫是畜牧养殖业健康、有序发展的保障，新的时期，畜牧养殖业得到迅速的发展，规模不断扩大，导致疫病的高发风险。各种疫病的爆发，对畜禽的健康产生巨大的威胁，增加死亡风险，也提高了养殖户的养殖投入，造成了较高的经济损失，对于畜牧业整体的发展也是极为不利的。在这个背景下，动物防疫工作业越来越被重视，有效落实和完善基层畜牧兽医防疫工作刻不容缓。该文主要论述基层畜牧兽医动物防疫工作重要性及措施。

Importance and Measures of Animal Epidemic Prevention in Grass-roots Animal Husbandry and Veterinary WEI Hantao

Abstract：Grass-roots animal husbandry and veterinary animal epidemic prevention is the guarantee of the healthy and orderly development of animal husbandry and breeding industry. In the new period，China's animal husbandry and breeding industry has also been rapidly developed and expanded，which also leads to the high risk of disease. The outbreak of various diseases poses a great threat to the health of livestock and poultry，increases the risk of death，and also increases the breeding investment of farmers，resulting in a high economic loss，which is also extremely adverse to the overall development of animal husbandry. In this context，animal epidemic prevention has been paid more and more attention，and it is urgent to effectively implement and improve animal and veterinary epidemic prevention at grass-roots level.

近年，我国畜牧业虽然取得巨大发展，但是发展不平衡等问题仍旧存在，资金限制导致的机构不完善或不健全、设备不完善等问题，在疫情发生时，控制能力十分有限，极易造成疫情大面积暴发和传播，影响养殖业的健康发展。因此，要想全方位推进基层畜牧兽医动物防疫工作高质量发展，需要加强防疫基础设施建设、人才队伍建设、完善动物防疫制度以及加大宣传推广力度，提高全民防疫的意识，从而提升防疫效率。

1基层畜牧兽医动物防疫工作的重要性

虽然我国畜牧业已经在朝规模化、集约化的方向发展，但是广大农村地区仍以散养为主，防疫工作开展难度较高。采取积极有效地措施，合理调控，能为提高基层畜牧兽医动物防疫工作质量提供保障，为提升基层畜牧兽医动物防疫工作效率奠定扎实的硬性条件基础。……
