摘  要：物流产业是国民经济发展中的重要产业，物流产业的发展可以从整体上改善国民经济的运行效率，直接提高全社会的经济效益。京津冀城市群是我国北方最重要的经济核心区和产业集聚区，也是我国物流产业发展的重要区域。文章以京津冀地区为研究对象，选取经济发展水平、科研投入、教育投入和资本投入作为创新发展的指标，分析其对京津冀地区物流产业集聚效应的影响，实证结果表明：提升经济发展水平、加大教育投入和资本投入以及适当降低科研投入的分配对京津冀地区物流产业集聚效应的提升具有正向推动作用。

Abstract： Logistics industry is an important industry in the development of national economy. The development of logistics industry can improve the operating efficiency of national economy on the whole and directly improve the economic benefits of the whole society. The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration is the most important economic core area and industrial agglomeration area in northern China， and it is also an important region for the development of logistics industry in China. Articles in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as the research object， the level of economic development， scientific research investment， education investment and capital investment as indicators of innovation development， analyzes its impact on logistics industry agglomeration effect of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region， the empirical results show that the increasing level of economic development， increase investment in education and the allocation of capital investment and decrease the R&D to the ascension of the logistics industrial agglomeration effect of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has a positive role in promoting.

隨着经济全球化的发展和网络经济的兴起，全球物流产业加速发展，成为经济增长的重要组成部分。产业集聚这一经济现象最早是由马歇尔关注并研究的，产业集聚是指某一产业在某一特定地理位置的高度集中，产业资本要素在这个空间内不断汇集的一个过程，是推动区域经济增长的重要力量。随着物流产业的快速发展，物流产业的集聚效应也日益显现并对地区经济发挥着重要的作用。同时，京津冀集群是我国北方最大的经济聚集区，也是我国北方产业发展中的重要一环，在京津冀一体化的背景下，京津冀地区物流产业的发展就显得尤为重要，物流产业的发展水平在很大程度上影响着其他产业的发展，物流产业的发展为其他产业提供了强大的“后勤保障”。……
