摘  要：随着融资模式的创新发展和农业金融机构的不断加入，推动了互联网与农业供应链及其农业供应链金融模式的发展。但是，很多农业企业还是面临如何创新融资模式？如何在互联网背景下发展供应链？以及如何有效对供应链金融风险进行防控等问题。文章采用实地调研的方法对当地Y宣威火腿公司进行调研以获得相关数据与资料;在此基础上，通过中国知网、维普等网站收集相关学术研究成果及数据资料，分析整理相关的理论知识;同时，对其农业供应链金融信贷风险评估与防控问题进行了分析，最终得出Y宣威火腿公司农业供应链金融风险防范的方案。文章研究的意义不仅在于为Y宣威火腿公司自身的发展提供了参考，也为当地特色农产品（宣威火腿）企业的发展提供参照。

Abstract： With the innovative development of financing mode and the continous joining of agricultural financial institutions， the development of internet and agricultural supply chain and its agricultural supply chain financial mode has been promoted. However， many agricultural enterprises are still faced with how to innovate the financing model？ How to develop a supply chain in the context of the internet？ And how to effectively prevent and control the supply chain financial risk. In this paper， the method of field research was used to investigate the local Y Xuanwei ham company to obtaion relevant data and information. On this basis， relevant academic research results and data were collected through CNKI， Weipu and other websites， and relevant and prevention and control problems of agricultural supply chain finance were analyzed， and the risk prevention scheme of agricultural supply chain finance of Y Xuanwei ham company was finally obtained. The significance of this study is not only to provthe development of Y Xuanwei ham company， but also to provide reference for the development of local characteristic agricultural products（Xuanwei ham）enterprise.

近年来，随着“三农”体制改革、制度创新和机制重构等政策推进，大量农业新型生产经营主体如雨后春笋般涌现，在很大程度上重新整合了农业产业链和价值链。在竞争激烈的市场环境下，企业在发展过程中存在融资难，融资风险大等问题成为了普遍现象，本文研究主体—Y宣威火腿公司也不例外，尤其在互联网普遍运用的背景下，企业如何科学地发展农业供应链金融模式及有效地防范风险是值得探讨的。……
