摘  要：大数据时代对财务共享平台的构建提出了新的要求，传统的财务管理方式已无法满足当前时代下企业的管理需求，很多企业都开始建设财务共享平台，并且有很多已经初步实现了财务共享平台的建设。借鉴国外建设财务共享平台的成功经验，结合本国基本国情来完善国内财务共享平台是完成财务管理改革的关键。文章分析了大数据和财务共享的相关政策，对财务共享平台的主要作用、具体框架、具体功能以及需要的技术支持进行介绍。

Abstract： The era of big data has put forward new requirements for the construction of financial sharing platforms. Traditional financial management methods can no longer meet the management needs of enterprises in the current era. Many companies have begun to build financial sharing platforms， and many have initially realized financial sharing platforms construction. Learning from the successful experience of foreign countries in building a financial sharing platform， and combining the basic national conditions of the country to improve the domestic financial sharing platform is the key to completing the financial management reform. This article analyzes the related policies of big data and financial sharing， and introduces the main functions， specific framework， specific functions and technical support required of the financial sharing platform.

为了推进国家大数据战略的实施，我国编制了《大数据产业发展规划（2016-2020年）》，“推进大数据发展，加快建设数据强国”。财政部2013年12月6日颁发了《企业会计信息化工作规范》，提出“逐步建立财务共享”。大数据和财务共享的概念已不再是一个新的名词，建设财务共享平台响应了财政部的号召，也是时代发展的必然。会计的三次革命是复式记账法、会计电算化和财务共享，构建相对完整、功能齐全的财务共享平台对会计行业的发展、企业的持久经营是必不可少的一环。财务共享平台的建设有利于财务数据的共享，降低了企业进行财务管理的成本。因此，构建并优化财务共享平台是急需解决的问题。

1  大数据背景下构建财务共享平台的意义
